A Word from Millennial Guru, Paige Cornetet

Many business owners agree that Millennial employees present a whole new challenge to the workforce. However, where some may see weakness, there are also strengths. EO West Michigan brought in Millennial Guru, Paige Cornetet, to show us both. Paige delivered an insightful and helpful presentation using the StrengthsFinder 2.0 and extensive knowledge of the different generations.

Each generation has a particular profile but shockingly they are very similar with a few key differences. For example, Boomers and GenXers have ‘Relator’ and ‘Strategic’ in them as well while the Millennials have ‘Empathy’ and ‘Adaptability’. After revealing all of this, Cornetet also explained to the chapter how leadership changes can make all of the difference. Each business owner left the presentation with more insight and a better idea of how to cater to all of their employees, both young and old.
